Pamila Richmond

Pamila Richmond currently serves as President of JN Circle Ocho Rios, Port Maria and Gayle Chapter. She is a Visual Arts teacher with over 25 years of experience and is also a trained Guidance Counsellor, with a career rooted in nurturing creativity, self-expression, and personal growth among students.

Pamila holds a Bachelor of Arts in Guidance and Counselling from the International University of the Caribbean and a Diploma in Visual Arts from Mico Teachers’ College. She has worked with the Women’s Centre of Jamaica Foundation and currently teaches at Ocho Rios High School, where she continues to inspire students through creativity, mentorship, and holistic support.
