Nicolene Whitely

Nicolene Whitely currently serves as President of JN Circle Portmore Chpater. She brings over ten years of experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and community-focused initiatives, with a strong record of mobilising and managing over USD $0.7 million in funding to support climate resilience and sustainable livelihoods.

Nicolene also serves as President of the Bridgeport Infant School. Guided by faith and a deep commitment to service, she is passionate about nation-building through community action, advocacy, and meaningful connections. Her leadership remains focused on empowering people and strengthening communities in alignment with the values and mission of the JN Circle.
